What is included in the $30 Membership?

 

  • Meal plan that changes weekly--includes all three meals and snack options

  • New Workouts 5 days a week

  • An optional Saturday workout

  • I am always available for questions and love being a resource to help you achieve your fitness goals.


How does it work?

  • Your daily workout will be posted the night before so you have full access the day your workout should be completed.

    • Can't get it completed on the day its posted?

      • You have full access for that week's workouts until Sunday evening.​

  • Each day of the week corresponds to a different body part.

  • The workouts are HIIT format and approximately 24 minutes long.​

 

What do I need?

  • The workouts can be done anywhere there is wifi!

  • You will just need at least one set of dumbbells (most people start off with 5 lbs).

  • I highly recommend using "booty bands," but these are not necessary to complete the workouts.

 

What is the difference between the Facebook Version and the Online Version?

  • The main difference is how you access the content.

    • Only women are allowed on the private facebook group for privacy reasons.

    • Men are welcome and encouraged to use the Online version of membership.​

    • To access the Members Online Access pages, you must be logged in with the account you booked with.

    • After booking, log out and back in so the system can process your registration.

    • Then go to the Online Member Access tab. 

      • Until your membership start date, you will only be able to see the Start Here page. You will have full access starting the day before your first session begins, or if you have booked after the first session date, your access will be immediate after logging out and back in. ​

  • Bonus​​

    • This is only available to members who have active memberships.

    • To access: after booking, log out and back in so the system can process your registration. 

 

What is the difference between all the membership options?

  • Recurring Memberships

    • (Current Month​) Facebook + Online

      • This membership will give you access to both Facebook and through my website.​

        • For information on Facebook vs Online access see the above question. ​

      • You will have access to new workout videos 5 days a week, a Saturday workout, and the meal plans. ​

      • This will auto bill each month ​

    • Non-Facebook Online Only​

      • This membership will give you access through my website ONLY. ​

      • You will have access to new workout videos 5 days a week, a Saturday workout, and the meal plans.

      • This will auto bill each month

  • Monthly Memberships​​

    • (Current Month) Membership​

      • This membership gives you access to the private Facebook page ONLY​

      • You will have access to new workout videos 5 days a week, a Saturday workout, and the meal plans.

      • This is a membership for one month only, if you would like to continue the program at the end of the month, you will need to rebook another membership. 

    • Three Month, Six Month, or Year membership​

      • These membership give you access to the private Facebook page. For the year membership, if you would like online access also just contact Jennifer and let her know. 

      • You will have access to new workout videos 5 days a week, a Saturday workout, and the meal plans.

      • These memberships are nonrefundable once purchased.
